[peel] More from Dirk and new FRS

I enjoy the FRS tapes so thanks for keeping us informed. As an 11-12 year
old I actually discovered Tommy Vance before Peel in the early 80s but
quickly grew out of my Metal phase and then found the Wing-Ding

I used to have a very short snippet of an old Friday Rock Show on tape from
back then, but the cassette is long gone so I'm keen to rediscover it one
day via the FRS wiki. No luck so far.
