On the 21 August 1990 show JP states that 'Is She Weird' came from the CD version of the Bossanova LP. 

 According to Discogs http://www.discogs.com/Pixies-At-The-BBC/release/4565090, an unofficial double vinyl At The BBC LP claims that the four tracks recorded on 11 June1990 at Protocol Studios London, was not a full band performance, but Black Francis with a rhythm machine.
