[peel] Peel Day 2009

Hi Ben.  For some reason I'd made a note about it being 15.10.09 - but I could be wrong.  There were some BBC-related events last year such as the BBC Radio Merseyside night, but official sanctioning was very muted.

Of course this is also the fifth anniversary, and we at Dandelion Radio certainly have plans to commemorate it in a big way during the month.
