[peel] another wiki question

Hopefully the "dogs of audio" would chase some of the thousands
of bloggers who are offering whole albums, first. You could argue
that a Peel radio show is good "advertising" for obscure albums.

The latest I heard on this subject, the rec companies had stopped 
busting 12-year-old girls and had agreed that the Internet Providers 
would threaten sharers with excommunication etc.
