LOW first played by Peel when?

This isn't a definitive answer, but Peel played Low (Joan Of Arc, 7", 
Tugboat Records) on 21 April 1998. This is the oldest entry on my 
website but my earlier records are very incomplete so this probably 
wasn't the first.
