Teenage Kicks at Edinburgh Assemby rooms

I went to see the play based on Peel's relationship with John Walters 'Teenage Kicks' the other day - and while it may not make much sense to someone who doesn't know the story of 
John's life already, it was a funny and touching negotiation of most of the familiar stories.  It's not exhaustive or authoritative, but then it couldn't hope to be - it was only 70 mins.  
Great performances (they didn't attempt 'impersonation')  It was VERY full, and VERY hot, so leave your vest at home.  Check it out or book tickets at:
