[peel] Keep It Peel bittorrent

Just a quick thanks to Dave for putting this together and then up 
online.  I can confirm that the mp2 files will be readily accepted by 
iTunes (handy) (though they needed a bit of reID3ing), and that there 
is a steady stream of people grabbing the torrent still - there's been 
a handful of peers for the files over the weekend.
