Yahoo Says You Can't Add New Topics after 28th October 2019. I'm checking whether it's true or not

It seems that all messages, conversations and topics will indeed be deleted in December. The creator of PGOffline that IAP has used to download messages, is apparently working on a way to then parse the results of these in a way that is easier to export to a replacement. Groups.io transfers are taking quite a while due to everyone wanting to transfer from Yahoo at the same time.....
