[peel] ebay listing removal

Yeah - these shysters selling the DVDs of  Peel shows are small time
really, and I'm sure they're not getting rich, but they are selling
regularly enough to make it stick in your throat that we put in all this
time and effort to have others profit from it (where the only effort they
have is to burn a DVD and post it)

I had a chat with the ebay support team, and as I suspected they don't
really want to know. These sellers say "i own the rights to sell these DVDS
as the contents are in the public domain" and ebay take no responsibility
to prove/disprove if they are lying.

I've reported a number of listings as a copyright violation just to see
what happens.
