John Peel's Record Box - Mysterious Record

In John Peel's Record Box http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/John_Peel%27s_Record_Box there is a record listed at number 27 by Dreamland Express called Groovy / UFO, which was apparently released on EMI in 1980. There is no information about this record on the internet, including the discogs site. Has anyone heard of this record, or remembered Peel playing it. Perhaps this record never existed or it's been mislabelled as something else. Also it surely can't be a demo, when it was apparently released on a major label like EMI. I wonder if anyone could help with this.
