My two penn'orth:As has been pointed out, it's a lot easier to share files, videos etc in a Facebook group. It doesn't have to be open to all, a private/secret group can be easily set up.On the other hand, I'm a great believer in not fixing wot isn't broke...Cheers aye, Pete

Are you accessing/sending mails through the Yahoo page? I don't know about anyone else, but I've never used it so can't comment on the speed. I send/receive the messages direct to my email as this has always been a listserv type email group.
There are Peel groups on Facebook, but they tend to just be people posting Youtube clips of sessions. I know it's an easy way to share stuff but I find it a particularly displeasing experience!
That said - someone did post the Peel's Suffolk Comfort documentary on there the other day and I'd not seen that.

I'm not bothered. Facebook can be a little open... at least on here it feels like a secret room tucked away. I was just thinking aloud thats all... Facebook pages can be policed quite thoroughly and are more immediate though.
It can be a little quiet on here for long periods but I'm happy enough as it is.
