By the way I found out the mysterious Soukous track from your Peel Early Sep 1983 audio, it turns out to be from Prince Lessa Lassan. The track is called Tatukama. I found out by putting the video on YouTube and then asking people to identify it. I also emailed African music blog sites if they recognised the track. I got a reply from Alastair Johnston of the Muzikifan site who mentioned it is from Prince Lessa Lassan, whose track is called Tatukama. I tried to find the track on the internet to listen to, but there wasn't any except on the discogs which mentions the track on a 12" EP called Djalenga. I'm sticking to the bet that Alastair is probably right in that it is Tatukama from Prince Lessa Lassan.
