I also played the video again and on 2:00 of the video I uploaded on YouTube, he does say the word "Tatukama" (pronounced as Tatu-kaama), so I'm 100% certain now that Alastair is correct and it is from Prince Lessa Lassan with the track "Tatukama" that was originally uploaded on the Peel Early Sep 1983 page.
