Question about Cavanagh book

Hello,

I am thinking of ordering the David Cavanagh book Goodnight & Good Riddance at Amazon.com but I wonder if it has any direct use to advance my research into the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band. Are the Bonzo's mentioned anywhere?Does the book have any facts, or an overview of shows in which they performed or something in that order?
