150 not out

The show of 9th May 1990 http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/09_May_1990 is the 150th show so far in the Rich 200. But we're only at R090, as a lot of the tapes early in the series had several shows per tape.
This show is complete and includes an excellent session from What? Noise, featuring future Fall member Julia Nagle. The show is topped and tailed by World Cup Theme Tunes by the two home nations attending Italia '90 and I have to admit the English won the musical battle by some margin, despite that notorious rap.

Moving on to the 10th May 1990 http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/10_May_1990 and it's another complete show, indeed the entire week is complete, as there was no Monday show. A repeat of the 10th Kevin Coyne session, and all in all a top drawer show, with amusing Mayo phone distractions, eclectic 7" 12" and album tracks, every one fine examples of their genres. Also the first known plays for Levellers 5. It's just a pity the tape didn't run out a few minutes before the end of the show.....
