I was eighteen in 1976, so JP carried me from the early 70s (Beefheart, Van Der Graaf, Krautrock etc etc) right through the punk years and eventually into an addiction to The Fall that lasts to this day. I more or less stopped listening in about 1990 (marriage, kids etc) and rejoined him in early 2004...
