Hi Humphrey

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I know you can't improve on what's already there simply by increasing the bit rate, but I've adopted 192 as a standard for all my work, so saw no need to change this time.

And yes, I'm well aware of the silences, are you saying that there were any I didn't remove? Because, despite the early morning calm I was working in, I thought I had taken great pains to do so (and always have done).
