I just posted this in the Ivor Cutler Yahoo group but thought that some 1980s fanzine articles about Ivor Cutler might be of interest here as well. Not surprisingly, John Peel gets a few mentions....

Does anybody remember any of these?

This issue of "Liberty" includes a review of Ivor Cutler's performance at the Bloomsbury Theatre on 30th July 1984.

TEXAS HOTEL BURNING #3 (1985)

Stephen B Hunter of Stirling was the person responsible for "Texas Hotel Burning". He wrote to Ivor Cutler with some questions and then reprinted Ivor's handwritten reply in his mag.

ARROWS MAGAZINE (1985) 

I don't have the original magazine, but was sent a copy of the Ivor Cutler article by somebody called Steve, about whom I remember absolutely nothing - but thanks anyway....

KVATCH #5 (1986)

"Kvatch" was created by Clare Wadd of Harrogate, and this issue came out in the autumn of 1986. It includes an interview with Ivor Cutler that she did at the Ilkley Literature Festival that year.
