Peel at 40 interview with Tim Wall

I probably got this from one of the regular contributers here like
Eddie, Stuart or Steve or Ken, but anyway here is an interview that may
be from December 1979 with someone called Tim Wall.

As ever, very interesting almost blaming himself for Marc Bolan's death,
slightly but not really.
