Two new fragments from late 1986

hmmm... a mystery!
 ...if Peel makes a comment on the budget, then this probably dates it as the 8 April 86 repeat, would be my guess. (any tracks or comments about We've got a fuzzbox?
What leads you to think it's a tape from a show in late 86 or early 87?
