[peel] 1990 and 1991 shows

As far as I can remember, these originated from Phil Edwards' collection
that he posted on his FTP server not long after Peel died. I agree with you
the A sides are very muffled, and have also wondered if this can be
rectified with a re-rip. Happy to help if this becomes another project.
