[peel] RIP Bernie Andrews

As well as countless Peel shows and sessions over the decades, Bernie 
Andrews also produced a session by the Beatles at the BBC in 1964. And 
he often kept the tapes when the BBC deleted them.  Although never the 
front men, Bernie Andrews, Jeff Griffin and Chris Lycett deserve a BBC 
documentary in their own right.
