14/07/1981 Show - Reggae Tracks Identification

I have about 30 odd shows from 1983 and 1984. Unfortunately they are not really recognisable as shows, just all the tracks I taped. I edited out the tracks I didn't like ( about 1 in 5 ). They are fully tracklisted and labelled but date wise only by month and year. A fairly haphazard attempt at archive keeping but there we are.

They are only really handy for tracklisting.

Listening back it seems that in the London area at least, Peel was recordable om FM from around the summer of 1981. Most of my recordings are from FM after that ( on average TDK tapes ). Despite warnings I always used 120 cassettes. I think only 3 split on me in about 6 years.

Cheers

Karl
