There's good news in that all three of those missing bits are included on the 90-minute version we have. So once we have yours we'll be able to patch and re-upload it if anyone's fussy about having 100% of the show.
I'd assume a (say) 192K MP3 file would be fine (though of course I don't speak for everyone here). To upload the file, the simplest method is probably to go here:
http://www.megaupload.com/
...then click "Browse", select the file you want to upload and click "Send". Your file will now be uploaded; don't touch your browser while this is happening. When the upload is complete, Megaupload will give you a link; make a note of that, as it's the link that we'll need to download your file. Post it here for now, and then we'll update the wiki links for you.
And yes, I for one would be very grateful any other shows you may have!
