[peel] Wiki down

I used it this afternoon so was OK in Derby!

It does seem a bit unreliable at times. When I was updating my last batch of tapes it disappeared for a day and then another time, one page I'd written refused to display at all. I had to craft the URL to get it to the edit stage and then re-save it. Worked after that.
