Yes, thanks again, Roger! Watching this again, it's surprising how
much of it has stuck in my mind.

I'm still puzzled how a show like that, even if Peel's and Walters'
links were done live, could overrun by a whole two hours. After all,
surely most, if not all, of the segments were pre-recorded? And if it
did go two hours over, does that mean it lasted 8½ hours, not 6½ as
announced at the start? And finally, what's that enigmatic shot of a
monitor and someone moving cables at the very end of disc 1?

Regarding thebox, Bill, I've found it much more of a struggle to keep
your ratio to respectable levels than it is at say, UKNova. But you do
get free invites every time your upload count goes over certain
thresholds, so that's how I ended up with so many. One handy tip I
only recently discovered is that the free leeches, whilst costing
nothing to download, do count towards your upload score. So it's worth
grabbing the Free Leech of The Week even if you don't particularly
want it, to get the ratio boost. But don't go over the top and, as
they call it "ratio whore", 'cause that nets you a warning as well.
The rule of thumb is to not seed back more than about 200%.

Finally, back on the subject of UKNova, I notice that someone's
recently uploaded 6 episodes of Life of Grime there, complete with
Peel voiceover and the legendary Mr. Trebus. (And no, it's not a show
about grime MCs).

Eddie.
