Glad it worked out OK.
I used Roxio Toast to make the DVD image on my Mac. Normally I would use
Save as Disc Image¹ which gives you a .toast file, which I think
translates to what is normally a .dmg (drive image) file on a Mac, but as I
knew there would be PC users out there, I chose to use Save as Bin/Cue¹,
simply because I¹m sure I¹ve seen them out there in PC land.
I think I could probably have used the .toast format and just renamed it
.iso for PC users I¹ll research the options more fully before I do part 2.
Talking of which, Part 2 is ready to be encoded and I now have enough space
to start seeding it once that is done given that I¹ve just been sent home
from work due to the bad weather (nightmare journey thank God I had a
flask of tea and Radio 4!), I might even be able to get onto that later
today,
