That's ok - I wasn't implying anything except that you were
asked for a lot at one go!!

I had the Laura Logic until recently but lost it in a faulty CD incident

The way I do sessions is that I have them stored in one file - not split
  into songs.       The source was a tape deck with use of the pause key
subsequently copied onto the computer as MP3 and then archived on
data DVD.   This being the case they are never going to be as good
as the copies in the BBC archive so it's worth keeping an eye on 6Music
progs that play some old sessions
Mostly my recordings are ok to listen but don't expect pristine audio
quality and they do have the odd last and first notes missing - real life
sometimes intruded on reaching the pause button!
