Did Peel ever play Tom Waits?

Even at the height of Waits' critical acclaim in the mid-eighties, I 
never once heard Peel play anything by him.

And I get the impression that Peel actively disliked Tom Waits.

Although personally I'd agree with you that Rain Dogs is a great 
record, as is Swordfishtrombones.
