As far as I'm aware there were no session tracks this early in the Festive
Fifties so you can eliminate those

It would be from the Jamaican pre of the 
single  The pre would always be earlier
than any UK release

If it has the singer and the toaster on it it's probably the 12"

Running times can be confusing because it depends whether you time from
beginning to the end of the track or beginning of 
the track to the beginning of
the next one.  The later (which is surprisingly common can lead to a
variety of different timings for the same 
thing).  I've discovered this the hard way
when digitising my records!
