Yep, Roger, it looks like he's just ripped the 17 DVD set (even
including the fictitious Radiohead session) and bunged on a load of
the 400 Box, plus Bill's 1978 Festive Fifty. Nothing from the 500 Box,
though... Colin and I should feel insulted.
