Andy Who?

I realise that what Andy K did was bad but what Clarkson
did is far worse. Using a mobile/cell phone while driving 
endangers other motorists, cyclists and pedestrians. He could 
have killed people, for God's sake ; I don't think AK wanted to
kill people. 

But the UK legal system treats driving crime and violent assault
extremely leniently ........
