Sounds good to me.
 I suggest that on top of this, those of us doing the ripping might like to
upload compressed versions (say mp3 @ a minimum of 192 kbs) for the benefit
of the bandwidth challenged, to Rapidshare, MegaUpload etc. That way
everyone is kept happy.
