So we're doing what, now...?

Just got back off a fortnight's hols to find a few hundred mails from the group. 
Now i [i]could[/i] probably read them all and work it out, but being slightly ferry-lagged I 
thought I'd first ask if anyone could kindly summarise what we're doing with the tapes once 
we've digitised them (I hope to have a small package of value waiting for me when I get to 
work tomorrow).
 The sort of thing I'm after is:  Do we have a central uploading repository, or are we using the 
usual file hosts (Rapidshare etc.) ?  What conventions are we using for file names ?  What 
about tracklists etc. ?
 Plus anything else i should know, of course,
