OT: Broadband suppliers

Hi All,
Now that we've sorted out compression formats, can anyone recommend a good 
Broadband supplier?
Mine (Newnet) has just cut my monthly allowance, kept the monthly fee the 
same, and upped the cost of exceeding the allowance.

Also, what kind of monthly download figures are y'all using?

When I first changed to broadband, I was advised that 3Gb / month would be 
sufficient !!
I soon had to switch to a 25Gb package, but now we're regularly reaching 
30Gb.
Our bill this month is likely to be �32
