You didn't just write this did you Eddie? If so you should be ashamed.

Never heard it but :

1. The whole thing is very like Quiver with Tim Renwick (later 
Sutherland Bros & Quiver), plus
2. the middle guitar sound is very Stephen Stills (c.f. Wooden Ships), and
3. one organ riff is very like Blinded by the Light (Manfred Mann's 
Earth Band)

So my guess is it's the extended version of Magical Girl by Renwick, 
Stills & Mann from the seminal 1974 album, Meaningless Lyrics with 
Tedious Tunes
