[peel] Anyone care to play "Name That Tune"?

Thanks for having a go Trevor!

However, I believe Pete Atkin has been tried already. His "Practical 
Man" is apparently a music biz satire, so that doesn't fit the tone of 
this song. He makes for interesting googling though. His lyricist was 
Clive James!
