Ooh yes! Just dug that one out. I think it was actually No. 21 in 1996, 
and was about 20:20 as broadcast (and interrupted by Stereolab's No 20, 
'Flourescences' about halfway through). However, it wasn't even the 
longest track that year. Orbital's 'Out There Somewhere', at No. 47, 
goes on for a good 23:20 or so.
