Suicidal Birds vs. Marcelle clash

Dear all, 
 
How was Peel day in england?
 
Peel night gig in amsterdam was ace, great acts (Zea, Persil, Uw Hond &
Bong-Ra playing and the Suicidal birds made a guest appearance.  They
were on their way home from their tour in the UK).
I recorded everything through the mixing desk for future broadcast on
Another Nice Mess.  There are some rare gems like Suicidal Birds
soundchecking through the records I'm playing which gives an exciting
and  original result!
 
Reactions from the audience to Peel was varied: there are people in
Holland who have never heard of him (honestly!!!!) and ask me things
like: Isnt he that man with the guitar and mouth harmonica?'' to people
asking for their own favourite of Favourite Peel Songs, like The
Naturalites' Picture On The Wall (which I luckily had brought along).  
 
Love, and remember: everyday should be Peel day!!
