Your postal address would be welcome too, Phil.
 
To save my having to do this for (so far) 50% of the people asking for DVDs, can anyone who has NOT supplied me with a postal address and who wants a DVD please do so?  And you can send them to me directly to help not clog up the list and to minimise who gets to see your address.
 
Having said that, I've (accidently!) sent to the list instead of individuals in the last half an hour!  (DUH!)
