Sorry, I forgot the uploading information: 
To send a file to The Peel Tapes:

Go to yousendit.com

Put my address jon.horne@... as "recipient's e-mail address"

Click on "choose file", and choose the file

Click the blue "send" button

or...

Go to rapidshare.de

Click on "choose file", and choose the file

Click on "ins Internet stellen"

Wait a bit

Put my address jon.horne@... as "Deine e-mail address" 

Click "Zuschicken"


...and that's magic
