There was a Ragga Twins Peel Session/Maida Vale job around '92/'93 where they say "This goes out to Big John Orange Peel".  You were close!  :-)  But I don't think that was released outside the BBC's dusty cupboard.
 
It might be worth having a chat with Hermeet to see if he can somehow "come by it".
