Apologies if this has been covered previously

Does anybody know if there is any possibility of the BBC updating Mr 
Garner's fantastic sessions book? I know he has previously said it is 
unlikely given changes at the beeb, but that was before Peel died. 
Given the response following his death, you'd think that things may 
have changed? Is anybody around here in touch with Ken Garner? Is he 
here himself?! Surely the beeb recognise the longlasting reference 
worth of this type of book/cdrom/website? Then again...
