[peel] First thoughts on Peel Replacements

I would have liked to see Benji B do the "black" quotient of the peel taste.
Ras is much too mainstream and much too narrow. Benji would have done a
really good job and already works for the BBC. A really bad choice I think.
What could they have been thinking?
