[peel] Punk Rock Special 1976 (Remaster)

Apologies to anyone who tried to grab this. I've been getting nothing 
but timeout errors from The Pirate Bay for almost 24 hours now. If I 
attempt to seed other PB torrents, such as the Finnish radio shows, I 
get the same thing, though torrents from other trackers are OK.

Anyone else having similiar trouble with The Pirate Bay, or is it just 
me? There's nothing about it on their news page.
