Peel archive Direct Connect hub?

There was some talk recently of how to best share all the archived
Peel material that people have.  P2P was mentioned along with
newsgroups, but I don't think anyone mentioned setting up a Direct
Connect hub?  This to me seems a great option since it's a private and
simple way to connect directly with other Peel fans and exchange

I think it's certainly worthy of consideration.  Any thoughts?
