I listen to XFM from time to time as well.  The music is often
better than the djs!

It is possible to hear it outside the London area.   Its on Sky if you
have a digital tv receiver - Channel 864 (although every time I have
tuned in seems to be mono!)
Also for those who aren't paying by the minute for their Internet
connection its available from the web page at   www.xfm.co.uk
