peel in america

I spotted in a record store the other day a CD called John Peel in 
America or something, it then said Shows 16&17 (number's not exact). 
Do any of you knowledgeable so-and-so's know what this is? It looks 
like a compilation of stuff picked by the man himself from a number
of 
years back?
