....or soukous!  And not for lack of trying!  Some of us "waste" our vote on a soukous track that'll never win. So at least the effort is being made. Or how bout a wasted vote for, say, some band like Solex, who might have one amazing instrumental once, back in April you happen to write down then.

So alas these dub/world/dance/post-happy-bigbeat-whatever tracks dont make it to the Festive 50 and the extra reknown. Gee whiz. But nada worry, they did win a spot on John Peel's Festive 42,820 underway for a few decades now.

Anyway let us officially welcome our newbie lurker, without letting him in on what newbie lurker means.
