Peel Night Fallout

Those that missed last night's Peel show, but saw the "Peel Night" 
things on BBC 2 on Sunday night - and specifically the bit where he was 
talking about his relationship with his dad and William - might be 
interested to hear that John Peel publicly apologised on air to his 
son last night.  Peel reckons that he and the interviewer had a light 
hearted talk about a whole load of things about being a father/son but 
that they deliberately edited out everything else bar him having a go 
at William. He said that on Sunday night  after they watched it Wiliam 
told him "to go and do various things, some of which are physically 
impossible", but that they are Ok now.  He also said that some woman 
stopped him in the street to tell him how nasty he was.

So all of you out there beware when a camera crew turns up to make a 
documentary on your 60th birthday.
